The KOK is the place to go for a nice mix of a floating sauna and refreshing baths in the fjord! The sauna has an effective and cleanburning wood stove. Big windows let in lots of light and provide a beautiful view. The boat has an electrical engine charged by sunlight.
KOK was founded by Kristin and Paal in 2017. Four years ago, Kristin was on a teambuilding trip to Stockholm’s archipelago and discovered a floating sauna. She enjoyed the combination of a warm relaxing sauna and a refreshing swim in the ocean and decided that Oslo needed a similar offer. She later met Paul, a sauna enthusiast and experienced entrepreneur. Together they founded KOK. The first sauna boat opened in January 2018.
A tpip with the sauna boat KOK is a nice activity in itself, or it can be followed by an evening meal after a long day of meetings.
