During the classic Lofoten fisheries the cod comes down from the Barents Sea to spawn. This happens every year from January to April. But there are ample oportunities to catch fish the rest of the year as well. The coastal cod is here all year round and so are the coalfish, mackarell and the halibut.

During the summer there are scheduled trips every day from Henningsvær, but you can also charter your own boat, with a skilled skipper and all the equipment you need. We will find the boat that is best for your group. On chartered trips it is also possible to order food to go on the trip, which we recommend to keep your energy level on top, while experiencing the beautiful surroundings.
