A Viking center with feast hall, viking food and vikings!
You´re not only learning about the Viking age, but you can experience it too! You can visit the museum, walk among the burial mounds, eat a viking meal in the feast hall, try different handcrafts and join team building activities. A fantastic combination of learning and experiencing.
The Viking center is in a historically important area. Several halls of the same type as the feast hall have been found in the area. From the center you can view the majestic Viking graves Borrehaugene. They are Northern Europe´s largest collection of monumental burial mounds from the Merovingian time and the Viking age. The burial mounds in the Borre park is mentioned by Snorre Sturlason as a mound for kings.

The feast hall is a reconstruction of a king hall from the Viking age. It´s a great location for a meal, teambuilding, or meetings. Here you can enjoy a Viking meal with your group after a long afternoon with meetings or teambuilding.
The Midgard Viking Center is the recording location for season 3 of the internationally successful TV series Norsemen, aired on Netflix.
