The KaviarFactory is an international recognized venue for contemporary art!
The KaviarFactory display contemporary art of internationally high standing. The venue displays some of the very best Norwegian and international contemporary art, and is recognised as a leading contemporary art display in Norway. The KaviarFartory is internationally well-known and has hosted pieces by artists like Yoko Ono, Marina Abramovic and Bjarne Melgaard.
The KaviarFactory is located on historical grounds in a former caviar factory. The building is itself worth the visit. Big windows facing the sea contribute to the unique combination of art and nature, and on windy days ocean waves wash up on the facade. It´s possible to book the KaviarFactory for private events both during and outside opening hours.
